Kashif is the Founder and Managing Partner of 3Q Investment Partners
Prior to founding 3Q Investment Partners, Kashif previously spent 13+ years at JPMorgan. Most recently, Kashif spent 9 years in the JPMorgan Private Equity Group where he served as a Portfolio Manager. His responsibilities included evaluating, sourcing, executing, and managing private equity and growth equity investments. During his tenure, Kashif was involved in more than $2 billion of invested private equity capital across 48 investments.
Before his career in private equity, Kashif worked in the J.P. Morgan Investment Banking Division on the Energy & Natural Resources team where he advised companies in the Oil & Gas, Alternative Energy, and Utility industries.
Kashif started his career in the J.P. Morgan Investment Management division where he worked in the Strategic Client Group, focusing on business development with corporate and public pension plans, endowments, and foundations across a spectrum of equity, fixed-income, and alternative asset classes.
Mr. Sweet received his BA in Political Science, with a concentration in International Affairs from Columbia University in New York City. He currently sits on the Board of New York City Children’s Theatre.
